Carolina Kitchen: Apple & carrot casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can sliced carrot
  • 1 20 oz can pie sliced apples
  • 3/4 Cup sugar
  • Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

Drain carrots and apples well. Mix together and sprinkle generously with paprika. Dot with butter and bake 1 hour at 375 degrees
