Ingredients

  • 1 each Delvecchio's Focaccia
  • 1/2 each Avocado
  • 1/2 each Roma Tomato
  • 1/4 cup Chopped bacon
  • 2 each Eggs, any style
  • 2 tsp. Butter

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Slice the Avocado and shingle it out on the bread.
  3. Top with three slices of Roma tomato.
  4. Top with two eggs.
  5. Serve with a "side salad" or fruit.
