Carolina Kitchen: BLT pasta salad

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces gemelli pasta, cooked
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 3 cups leaf lettuce, chopped
  • 6 bacon strips, cooked, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced

Instructions

  • In a medium salad bowl, combine cooked pasta, tomatoes, lettuce and bacon. Drizzle ranch dressing over the top and gently mix together. Sprinkle with sliced green onions
  • Refrigerate until serving.
