- 4 each Poblano Peppers, or seasonal peppers (seeded, rough chop)
- 4 each Jalepeno Peppers, or Serrano Peppers (seeded, rough chop)
- 1 Bunch Cilantro (take the top, about 1 cup uncut)
- 3/4 Cup Lime Juice
- 1/4 cup Garlic Minced
- 1 each Yellow Onion (rough chop)
- 2 cups Salad Oil
- to taste Sugar
- to taste S&P mix
- Puree all vegetables with lime juice.
- While food processor is running, drizzle in the vegetable oil.
