Carolina Kitchen: Chimichurri

Ingredients

  • 4 each Poblano Peppers, or seasonal peppers (seeded, rough chop)
  • 4 each Jalepeno Peppers, or Serrano Peppers (seeded, rough chop)
  • 1 Bunch Cilantro (take the top, about 1 cup uncut)
  • 3/4 Cup Lime Juice
  • 1/4 cup Garlic Minced
  • 1 each Yellow Onion (rough chop)
  • 2 cups Salad Oil
  • to taste Sugar
  • to taste S&P mix

Instructions

  1. Puree all vegetables with lime juice.
  2. While food processor is running, drizzle in the vegetable oil.
  3. Season.
