Ingredients

  • 1 C whole garlic cloves
  • 1/2 C Red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 TBSP Honey
  • 1/4 of a large Red Onion
  • 3 to 4 bunches of cilantro
  • 1/2 to 3/4 C Roasted Garlic or Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. In a good blender, place garlic, red onion, and red wine vinegar.
  2. Top with cilantro, start blender on low and gradually turn up the speed, drizzling oil in stages and adding honey and the remaining cilantro.
  3. Blend in salt to taste and adjust your flavors as you like.
