- 1 C whole garlic cloves
- 1/2 C Red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 TBSP Honey
- 1/4 of a large Red Onion
- 3 to 4 bunches of cilantro
- 1/2 to 3/4 C Roasted Garlic or Olive Oil
- In a good blender, place garlic, red onion, and red wine vinegar.
- Top with cilantro, start blender on low and gradually turn up the speed, drizzling oil in stages and adding honey and the remaining cilantro.
- Blend in salt to taste and adjust your flavors as you like.
