Carolina Kitchen: Cold strawberry soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups washed strawberries
  • 1 oz. Goat cheese
  • .5 cup orange
  • .5 cup plain yogurt
  • Couple dashes of vanilla extract
  • Mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into robot coupe, blender or mix with a stick mixer
  2. Place soup in a container and cool for 6 hours before eating
