Carolina Kitchen: Collard Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pint cream cheese
  • 1 pint cooked collards
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese
  • .25 hot sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring all to room temperature and then paddle together with a kitchen aid or hand mixer (or just smash together with your hands)
  2. Preheat oven to 500
  3. Put collard dish in oven safe dish (I prefer cast iron)
  4. Top with a couple more slices of Swiss cheese and broil til brown and bubbly
  5. Serve with grilled bread, pork rinds, crackers, or tortilla chips
