Carolina Kitchen: Corn pudding

Ingredients:

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup melted Unsalted Butter
  • 1 QT. Heavy Cream
  • 4 Tablespoon cornmeal
  • 4 Cup frozen corn or use 2 cans of cream style corn
  • Salt & Pepper to taste (Can add sugar if you want it sweeter)

Instructions:

  1. Add All ingredients to a food processor or use an immersion blender.
  2. Place combined ingredients in a greased cast iron (or baking dish)
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, until golden brown
