Carolina Kitchen: Crockpot garlic sugar chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken, boneless breasts
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/3 cups Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup lemon-lime soda
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  • Place all ingredients into slow cooker or freeze in a Ziploc bag for later in the week.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
