- dried apples
- 1 tin canned biscuits
- Stew dried apples, then stir or mash. You can also substitute apples for other fruit such as dried peaches or apricots.
- Roll out a small canned biscuit on floured surface. Dill with heaping tablespoon of fruit.
- Fold over and crimp with a fork. fry in small amount of canola oil. Fry on one side, then the other. Then place the pie on its back and fry.
- Remember, use a small amount of oil. Do not deep-fry.
