Carolina Kitchen: Grilled Watermelon with Cucumber & Crab Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 slices watermelon grilled
  • 2 oz. Chopped cucumber
  • 2 oz. Crabmeat
  • Chopped mint
  • Chopped basil
  • 2 oz. Feta crumbles
  • Dark balsamic
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Grill watermelon each side for 3 minutes
  2. Drizzle dark balsamic on a watermelon while grilling
  3. Mix, cucumber, feta, crab, basil, mint & olive oil
  4. Top crab mixture on grilled watermelon
