Carolina Kitchen: Healthy Fruit Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 TBS Betsy's Best Cinnamon Peanut Butter
  • Watermelon, whole
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Starfruit
  • Orange
  • Mint
  • Coconut shreds
  • Cacao nibs
  • 1/2 tsp Coconut Oil

Instructions

  1. Slice the watermelon 1 in thick horizontal so you have a circle piece like a pizza.
  2. Slice like a pizza in 8 slices and start arranging the fruit, mint, cacao nibs and coconut on top.
  3. Mix Betsy's Best Gourmet Cinnamon Peanut Butter and coconut oil in a small bowl until it is a thin consistency. Drizzle on top and serve.
