- 1 T Betsy’s Best Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter
- 1/2 c coconut milk
- 1/2 c coconut water
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt, plain 1/4 avocado
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1/4 sliver lime
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 8 mint leaves
- Pinch sea salt
- 1 scoop protein (optional)
- Pomegranate seeds as garnish (optional)
- Blend all ingredients in a blender.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
- Pour into your favorite smoothie glass and enjoy your super tasty smoothie.
