Ingredients

  • 1 T Betsy’s Best Toasted Coconut Cashew Butter
  • 1/2 c coconut milk
  • 1/2 c coconut water
  • 1/4 cup coconut yogurt, plain 1/4 avocado
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1/4 sliver lime
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 8 mint leaves
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 scoop protein (optional)
  • Pomegranate seeds as garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender.
  • Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
  • Pour into your favorite smoothie glass and enjoy your super tasty smoothie.
