- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 1C Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1C Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 C Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2T fresh garlic, pressed
- 1/2 T dry dill
- 1T dried basil
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- Electric mixer
- In an electric mixer bowl, place all ingredients and mix with paddle attachment on medium low until smooth and creamy.
- Cover and refrigerate to store.
- Serve on a sandwich, or molded with crackers.
