Ingredients

  • .5 ea onion (sweated,minced)
  • .5 c. white vinegar
  • .5 c. Worcestershire
  • 5 T. brown sugar
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 1 T. tabasco
  • 1 T. black pepper
  • 1 T. nutmeg
  • 1 T. salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all
  2. Slurry with cornstarch if desired (1T. starch to 1 T. water add to boiling sauce)
