Carolina Kitchen: Olive Salad for use on Muffalatas

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Roasted pepper
  • 1 cup Spicy pepper
  • 1 cup Green olive
  • 1 cup Black olive
  • 1 cup Caper
  • 1 cup Celery
  • 1 cup Pickled onion
  • .25 cup Pickled garlic
  • 1 cup Pickles
  • .25 cup Texas Pete
  • 1 Tbsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup Evoo
  • .25 cup Cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Process all above ingredients in a food processor until it becomes a chunky consistency.
  2. Let it sit at least overnight and then enjoy!
