Carolina Kitchen: Orange-glazed Mahi-Mahi

Ingredients

  • 2 filets of Mahi
  • 2 oz. soy sauce
  • 1 oz. honey
  • Sliced ginger
  • Sliced garlic
  • Arugula
  • Sliced oranges

Instructions

  1. Cook Mahi, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  2. Deglaze pan with soy sauce, add honey, ginger, garlic & arugula.
  3. Cook down for another minute or so.
  4. Add oranges.
  5. Serve on top of microgreens, or another greens of your choice.
