Carolina Kitchen: Ribeye & Gorgonzola Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients

  • Ribeye & Gorgonzola Macaroni & Cheese
  • Elbow Macaroni (Cooked)
  • Smoked Gouda
  • Parmesan
  • Gorgonzola
  • 6oz. Ribeye
  • Heavy Cream
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Season and sear ribeye in a cast iron skillet, transfer to oven to cook to proper temperature.
  2. In a saucepan, add heavy cream and bring to a rolling boil.
  3. Add macaroni noodles.
  4. Fold in cheeses, add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add butter and bring to desired consistency/thickness.
  6. Plate up in a bowl, placing sliced ribeye on top of macaroni.
  7. Garnish with parmesan cheese.
