- 1 lb. Pork sausage (uncooked)
- 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- A few tablespoons of cold water (just enough water to moisten)
- Black pepper to taste.
- Mix all ingredients together. Shape into round balls. Place on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Makes about 2 dozen
