Ingredients

  • cubed white bread
  • salt & pepper
  • shallot
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • allspice
  • nutmeg
  • beef broth
  • heavy cream
  • sour cream
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. mix white bread, beef, salt & pepper, egg to form meatballs.
  2. Melt butter, add shallots and meatballs, cook on medium heat, till meatballs are cooked all the way through
  3. add heavy cream to pan, bring to a boil. add sour cream and season with nutmeg & allspice
