Carolina Kitchen: Taco soup in crock-pot

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 (16 oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (16 oz) can whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 (16 oz) can beans (pinto or black beans)
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and drain.
  2. Place all ingredients into the pot, stir well. Simmer on low 4 hours.
  3. Top each bowl with sour cream and cheddar cheese.
