- 1 lb. Lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 (16 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (16 oz) can whole kernel corn (drained)
- 1 (16 oz) can beans (pinto or black beans)
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- Brown ground beef and drain.
- Place all ingredients into the pot, stir well. Simmer on low 4 hours.
- Top each bowl with sour cream and cheddar cheese.
