Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of Martha White (self-rising) Corn Meal Mix
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all three together in bowl and pour into a small, hot, Crisco-greased iron skillet on stove.
  2. Bake in 400 oven for about 20 minutes or so until it’s as dark as you like.
  3. Cut in skillet, and serve hot with butter.
  4. Serves four.
