- 1 1/2 cups of Martha White (self-rising) Corn Meal Mix
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- Mix all three together in bowl and pour into a small, hot, Crisco-greased iron skillet on stove.
- Bake in 400 oven for about 20 minutes or so until it’s as dark as you like.
- Cut in skillet, and serve hot with butter.
- Serves four.
