Ingredients

  • 1 Cup cream
  • 1 Cup goat cheese
  • 1/4 Cup milk
  • 1/4 Cup olive oil
  • Salt as needed

Instructions

  1. Combine cream, goat cheese and milk in sauce pan, bring to low boil, blend until smooth.
  2. Adjust seasoning and with a blender running and drizzle olive oil in. Emulsify, keep warm.
  3. Serve with fresh fruit, bread.
