- 1 Cup cream
- 1 Cup goat cheese
- 1/4 Cup milk
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- Salt as needed
- Combine cream, goat cheese and milk in sauce pan, bring to low boil, blend until smooth.
- Adjust seasoning and with a blender running and drizzle olive oil in. Emulsify, keep warm.
- Serve with fresh fruit, bread.
