Pear apple crisp

Directions:

  1. Cut two pears and two apples into 1/4” chunks.
  2. Place in bowl with 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
  3. Combine and pour into baking dish.

For topping:

  1. Combine 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 cup of oats and 1/4 cup of crumbled butter.
  2. Place on top of first mixture.
  3. Bake 40 to 45 minutes on 350
  4. Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
