- Cut two pears and two apples into 1/4” chunks.
- Place in bowl with 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
- Combine and pour into baking dish.
- Combine 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 cup of oats and 1/4 cup of crumbled butter.
- Place on top of first mixture.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes on 350
- Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
