Ingredients

  • (x1) smoked trout fillets
  • (x2) whole-grain pita bread with grated parmesan, herbs de provence. E.V.O.O
  • 1/3 Cup Cream cheese
  • 1/3 Cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp of chives
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 2 strips cooked bacon (chopped)
  • 1 tsp minced, pickled jalapenos
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soften cream cheese
  2. Shred trout in food processor
  3. Fold remaining ingredients in mixing bowl
  4. Cut pita bread into triangles and drizzle with E.V.O.O, herbs de Provence grated parmesan, salt and pepper
  5. Bake in oven at 350 until crispy
  6. Enjoy as dip with the pita chips
