Sushi Grade Ahi Tuna

Carolina Kitchen: Sushi Grade Ahi Tuna

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Wasabi Peas
  • 2 oz Panko
  • Wasabi Aioli
  • Sriracha Aioli
  • Broccoli
  • Garlic (Minced)
  • Square Root Ginger Soy Glaze
  • Square Root Whipped Potato
  • 1 tbl Oil (blend wok oil, this works well for high heat.)

Instructions

  1. Grind Wasabi Peas and Panko.
  2. Dredge Tuna in Wasabi and Panko mixture. F
  3. old your Sriracha, Scallions, and Bacon into your Square Root whipped potatoes.
  4. Stir Fry Broccoli with Garlic.
  5. Toss in Square Root Ginger Soy Glaze.
  6. In sauté pan on medium-high heat add your oil.
  7. Sear tuna rare, maybe 35 seconds on each side.
  8. Slice Tuna against the grain.
