"Our world has changed with unbelievable speed due to COVID-19, and we move forward together in response," President & CEO of The Biltmore Company Bill Cecil writes online. "The collective well-being of our guests, employees, and community is very important to us, and we are committed to public safety standards that bring us all peace of mind."

Per Buncombe County’s mandate, Biltmore's website says face coverings must be worn in all indoor spaces on the estate. They ask visitors to bring their own face coverings due to a limited supply of face coverings available on the estate.
