Town leaders in Maggie Valley will soon decide if they want to serve alcohol earlier on Sundays.
There was a public hearing Monday night on the Brunch Bill.
Four people spoke--two in favor, and two against.
The town will consider the comments, and it could come to a vote next month.
The legislature passed the Brunch Bill to allow local governments to decide if businesses can serve alcohol at 10 a.m. instead of noon on sundays.
