Today's Carolina Moment takes us to a mountain cafe that is more like a buddy's garage.

Motorcycles may be the main attraction, but there's much more to Greenhouse Moto Cafe.

News 13 photojournalist Josh Luckadoo shows us how one Mills River man's hobby inspired a special social spot.

"I needed a place to put my motorcycles, and we thought we would sell some beer and have some fun, and we like music," owner Jeff Herold said.

The motorcycles were brought from Florida to the mountains.

"I saw the motorcycles when he was first fixing it up and had to stop in," Wayne Densmore said. "Curiosity got the better of me, so I had to stop in to see what was going on. He was putting all of these interesting things into the space, and I'd come and stop again and something new would be in the space."

It took about two hours to hang each bike in frames made for them.

"Somebody that is an aficionado needs to come out here and check it out. It's worth a trip," Brian Charles Milstead, of the Mug Band, said.
