According to Duke Energy's outage map, in North Carolina, more than 9500 people are without power after storms and high winds mean fallen trees that take out power lines.
Henderson County remains the hardest hit, and appears to be the only WNC county with more than 1000 residents still without power.
On Monday morning, 1633 Henderson County residents are without power.
Upstate SC is also mostly recovered from the storms, and no Upstate county currently has more than 1000 customers without power countywide.
