WASHINGTON (SBG) — A New Jersey man, who is on the autism spectrum, is creating balloon sculptures to thank essential workers during the coronavirus pandemic.
"When Eddie was 10, balloon art struck a chord deep in his heart and has since grown into an expressive passion and gift to his community," according to the About section on his Facebook page.
Lin's artistic skills have resulted in a fairly profitable business. He creates balloon sculptures for birthdays, weddings, christenings and more.
Now, he's using those skills to thank essential workers, like those in the health care industry, mail carriers and police officers.
Lin's first sculpture in this series of thanks was for a family friend who works in a supermarket.
