The biggest rivalry in mountain high school football resumes Friday night.

A limited number of Pisgah-Tuscola tickets went on sale Thursday morning, and, with more people now allowed in the stands, some fans took drastic steps to make sure they wouldn’t miss the game.

Ben Smathers and his friends slept in his Suburban overnight just to be first in line. Several other cars were also there super early.

"This is like the biggest event in the county, I think for the whole year. I mean, it’s just something I’ve always enjoyed going to, like all through school, even when I was in middle school. It was a joy to get to go," said Smathers, who scored four tickets to the big game.
